Answer: Business communication is a process of
exchanging ideas, and information between people within the organization and
outside an organization with the mission of achieving common organizational
goals. Communication is the most important thing for effective communication
and running the organization smoothly. Verbal, non-verbal, and visual
communication are widely in practice in today’s workplace. Electronic means are
in practice in today’s workplace. People use different models for communication
purposes. Some of them are as follows:

All

verbal, non-verbal or visual cues to generate messages to the listeners through
the channel. speaker encodes the message and the listener decodes it to get
information.
Message: a message is information given to
the listener by a speaker.
Listener: the listener is the target person
who receives the message. she tries to understand the message according to the
situation, if he\ she fails to understand the message, the communication gets
failed
Feedback: as soon as the listener gets
the message he\’she shows a reaction to the speaker instantly. This is called
feedback.
Interferences: interferences refer to
disturbances during the communication process. sometimes we find communication

Situation: it refers to the context in which
